Graduated as lawyer at the Universidad Panamericana in 1999.

Mr. O’Gorman obtained a master degree at the University of Chicago in 2005.

Mr. O’Gorman is an expert in finance, real estate and principally in agrarian law. His ample expertise in these matters includes legal counseling in agrarian regulation including the conversion of agrarian property (ejidos) in private property, the detection and amendment of agrarian irregularities of any kind and in every type of agrarian and ordinary real estate and those highly sophisticated operations.

Graduated as a lawyer at Universidad La Salle in 1999.

Mr. de Alva has obtained a master degree in Injunction Law, Intellectual Property and Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana as well as a master degree in Administrative Law Procedures at the Academia Mexicana de Derecho Fiscal.

Mr. de Alva is an expert attorney in intellectual property, copyrights and franchises. He actively participated in the amendments to the General Guidelines of Domain Names of the “NIC-México” and in the creation of the Guidelines for the Resolution of Claims of Domain Names for “.MX” and its regulations (2000).

He acted as President of the Committee of Legal Procedures at the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales en Propiedad Industrial (AMPPI) on 2005 and 2006 and counts with wide experience in Administrative, Industrial Property and copyrights procedures.

Ricardo Valdivieso attorney at law has specialized in litigation practice in the areas of civil, commercial, family and administrative law.

He is also a legal consultant of banking institutions and a representative in the commercial area for the entire country as for Banamex, Banorte and Bancomer. In addition to providing services to private companies acquiring overdue for retrieval as in the case of First City. He has specialized in the field of family litigation, identity theft through the use of electronic signatures and Administrative Litigation. In all these areas, also offering expertise in constitutional protection.

Mr. Valdivieso is currently part of the National Bar Association.
