His ample expertise in these matters includes legal counseling in agrarian regulation including the conversion of agrarian property (ejidos) in private property, the detection and amendment of agrarian irregularities of any kind and in every type of agrarian and ordinary real estate and those highly sophisticated operations.

Mr. de Alva has obtained a master degree in Injunction Law, Intellectual Property and Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana as well as a master degree in Administrative Law Procedures at the Academia Mexicana de Derecho Fiscal.
Mr. de Alva is an expert attorney in intellectual property, copyrights and franchises. He actively participated in the amendments to the General Guidelines of Domain Names of the “NIC-México” and in the creation of the Guidelines for the Resolution of Claims of Domain Names for “.MX” and its regulations (2000).
He acted as President of the Committee of Legal Procedures at the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales en Propiedad Industrial (AMPPI) on 2005 and 2006 and counts with wide experience in Administrative, Industrial Property and copyrights procedures.
